We completed our initial family registration process on January 30th, and on February 4th we opened registration to families in the church and past families that do not have children in our program this year. We then completed our registration process by filling the remaining openings from the general public through a lottery of all returned registration forms. We still have a few openings in our youngest 2's classes and our Pre-K classes. We are also adding names to the wait lists for the other classes. You can download the Registration Form at the link above, and you will find information about the 2010-2011 school year at the "About Us" link. Several of our classes may be filled by children currently enrolled in our school. This does not necessarily mean that your child will not be able to be enrolled by next Fall. Families move and plans change, so we encourage you to add your child’s name to our waiting lists for the classes you are interested in. We usually see some movement in the class lists during the months prior to school opening in September and call from the waitlist to fill the spot.
Please fill out the registration form (including your class choices on the back page) and return it and the registration fee in person or by mail to Aldersgate Christian Preschool. If you have more than one child, please fill out a separate form for each child. Additional forms may be obtained in the ACP office, on the table in the main hall or upstairs outside the church office. Or please feel free to photocopy the enclosed form as well. On Thursday morning February 4th, after placing church and past ACP families, we will conduct a lottery of those registrations received and place children in the classes requested by order in which the names are drawn. If the class is already full we will place your child’s name on the waitlists for the classes requested. You will be notified by mail of your child’s placement. If your child is not placed in a class your registration fee will be returned. We will not require the registration fee until we are able to place your child in a class.
Please fill out the Registration form completely, including the emergency contact line on the registration form. You may always make changes later if necessary.
