ACP SUMMER CAMP
INFORMATION
Come join us for a summer of
fun! ACP is offering four weeks of Summer Day Camp this summer for children between the ages of 2 by Aug 31, 2012 through 1st grade graduates. Our
teachers are hard at work planning an exciting summer for your children.
Our themes for this summer are:
June 25-27 Hooray for the Red, White and Blue
July 1-4 CLOSED
July 8-11 Ooey Gooey - Fun with Science 1
July 15-18 Animal Planet
July 22-25 Ooey Gooey - Fun with Science 2
Each theme week includes different activities so you can sign up for one or more weeks.
You may register for 2 days (M/W or T/Th) or all 4 days (M-Th) from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. There is a registration fee of $10 for each child. The tuition for each week of camp is $74/week for 2-days/week and $148/week for 4-days/week. There is a 10% Sibling Discount for your second (and each additional) child.
We will start adding registrations for new families starting April 17th (on a space available basis). The registration fee and the total tuition fee are due at the time of registration.
Your children will
participate in indoor and outdoor activities throughout the week including science experiences, large group music
time, art projects and story time. In
addition, a healthy snack will be provided each day. Children will also have a time in which to
eat their home provided lunch.
We are unable to provide refunds for non-attendance. If your child misses a day he/she is signed
up for due to illness or a change in plans, please call the office to determine
if there is availability in a class later in the summer. If a slot is available, your child will have
an opportunity to do a make-up day.

Registration Instructions
Please complete the following steps:
1. Fill out the summer registration form completely and sign at the bottom.
2. Fill out the the summer calendar sign-up form, one per child (Please use the instructions below).
3. Include the payment of the registration and tuition fees when you return the forms to the ACP office.
To fill out the calendar sign-up form:
- Please check the boxes for the days/weeks you want your child to attend summer day camp.
- Write the dollar amount for that week's tuition in the Total Box to the right of each week's selection. (The weekly tuition dollar amount is noted at the top of each box on the calendar.)
- Add up the total column and put it in the box at the bottom of the section.
- If you are registering more than one child, use the sibling discount rate for tuition for the second (and each additional) Child
